Welcome to the FALCON study! Please see your study doctor on how to use the app and login information. The app will help FALCON participants better understand what is involved in being part of FALCON and how participants are progressing toward completion of the study. The app also contains tools for FALCON sites to aid in screening efforts.
The FALCON Patient app section contains the following features:
VISIT OUTLINE - Provides a visit outline with dates so you know what assessments to expect at each visit
STUDY OVERVIEW - Provides a description of each phase of the study
STUDY REMINDERS - Outlines and sends important study reminders and notifications
NOTES Allows for quick note taking to discuss with your study team, study reminders, etc.
