Owners of Spanish property with residence in another country have to pay every year income tax in Spain on an imputed benefit in kind.
SIMPLETAX helps to electronically file the self-assessment non-resident Spanish income tax returns available through the Spanish Tax Authorities website.
SIMPLETAX provides the tool that calculates the taxes based on the information introduced by the user, and submits the tax returns on behalf using a digital certificate authorized by the Spanish Tax Authorities.
The app is for free. You pay to SIMPLETAX only when you file your tax returns. Pricing is based on the number of house owners.
Spanish legislation is complex and extensive in general, being in particular the tax regulations complicate and variable, depending also on the different particularities of the regional legislations applicable in each of the 17 autonomous regions and two autonomous cities that form Spain.
