There are so many metal platforms are arranged for the funky boy. Tap on the screen to ignite the jetpack, and fly up to the upper platform.

But beware! The platform is moving, so first guess the correct position of the platform, and then tap on the screen to ignite the jetpack. Keep taping and flying, and enjoy the joy ride with the funky boy. Keep going higher and higher up in the sky. Leaving behind the sky scrapers in the whole city.
