To change the meter card please check that your meter brand is Globaltronics, you can find it written on the card or on the meter itself, and you should have a mobile that supports NFC to be able to use our app.
You can request a home replacement from the app and its available in North Cairo, South Cairo, and El-Sherouk City.
Also, you can change your electricity card from the nearest electricity station, to find all the electricity company stations available to change your card visit https://www.sahlpay.app/activationcenters
