Description
Taskbar Organizer enables you to rearrange the program entries on your Windows taskbar to your liking instead of the Windows default arrangement. When you open a program, Windows adds an entry to the end of the taskbar, which is sometimes inconvenient. Now you can reorder the tabs on the taskbar anytime you like, keeping similar programs together or moving your favorite program next to the Start button. This program doesn't affect the QuickLaunch buttons in any way and rearranges only the open windows portion of the taskbar.
Review
Easily rearrange entries on your Taskbar with this tiny application. Taskbar Organizer's plain dialog opens with a simple list of current windows. You choose a window and click on a huge arrow to move the window up or down the list. A quick click to apply the new order and the windows rearrange immediately. Our only gripe with Taskbar Organizer is it opens each time with the list in alphabetical order. That forces most users to rearrange the list. The application has no option to open with the items in their current order. Anyone can quickly grasp this application. It needs no help file and easily fits on a USB memory stick. Most users will find this freeware useful and beneficial.
