Description
Bersirc is an Internet Relay Chat client for Windows. It has send/receive DCC capabilities, a Pascal scripting language, and plug-in support for add-ons. Bersirc also supports HTML colors and sounds, and has an option to open Web sites as they are mentioned in the conversation.
