Description
OcrPro is an Optical Character Recognition program based on the center of gravity algorithm with step by step recognition, so that the student can observe each of the main phases for recognition (Preprocessing, normalization, and segmentation). COGOCR.EXE included in the same zip file is a more functional version which accepts input from .TIF files.
