x-Forms contains several programs to design, view, and convert XML- based documents. It is based on formatting objects. The output formats are HTML, RTF, PDF, GIF, TIF, PIC, BMP, PNG, PCL, postscript, direct print It also contains a report generator to create lists, as well as a Java-based API, to fill these documents with data via XML or SQL and an archive system, to store the documents.
