This is a useful and well-designed application for business owners who have to keep track of clients and orders. At its most basic, Emantic Outware is an organizer, storing information such as client and company contacts, as well as office or department activities. You can easily create detailed activity lists, including cost information, for billing; spreadsheets also are a snap to generate. The interface is straightforward, with an organized tree of folders on the left-hand side, and data fields on the right. Though the features are many, the cost is higher than one might expect for an business organizer. For this to be a completely indispensable tool, we'd love to see some project-management features included as well. Overall, Emantic Outware is a useful organizer for business use.
