Description
Sole Possession is a home-inventory cataloger, allowing you to track where all your possessions are as well as providing you with estimated worth reports for insurance purposes in case of fire or theft.
Review
Track your home's physical contents and store its estimated value with this efficient, easy-to-use application. Sole Possession has a clean, functional interface with a helpful tip box that points you to the first step. Enter the item name, category, location information, and estimated value, among other options, and your inventory is quickly compiled. The program remembers the condition information you input so you won't have to retype it to describe a similar item. Pictures of your possessions can be easily imported. The search function delivers results quickly. Several options let you export data, including printing simple to customized reports and exporting as HTML, CSV, and XML files. One of the sole negatives is the mislabeled, redundant Report heading that sends your list to the printer. The trial version is limited to 20 records, which won't take care of all your possessions but will give anyone who needs to track their belongings for insurance purposes a good look at a great program.
