Description
Big colorful drops are coming down hard in this fun and superaddictive new puzzle game. Combine colorful raindrops in rows and columns of three or more to remove them from the screen. Watch out for the umbrellas, though--they're no help in this rainstorm.
Review
This tricky puzzle game presents fans of the genre with a welcome challenge. As in similar games, your goal in Cloud Burst is to line up three like-colored raindrops to make them disappear. We liked the large, colorful graphics, and the background music didn't disappoint. You'll find two challenging modes, Puzzle and Downpour. Puzzle is tougher than you might initially think, because you must clear all tiles from the board, which requires some prior strategic planning. Downpour is even harder, as we found ourselves frantically trying to form combinations as more and more raindrops filled the screen. The program doesn't offer a wealth of features, but you can adjust the game's volume or choose to play in full-screen mode. If you're bored with your current puzzle game, we suggest you give Cloud Burst a shot.
