Organize invitations and responses for weddings, dinners, and large events, where you can't keep track of everything in your head. Assign codes for different categories of invitees. Report on who responded and who didn't, who's attending and who's not. Assign seating to respondees according to tables, and reports by table, gender, and code. Export Data to print envelopes and labels with Microsoft Word mail merge. Print Avery 5663 labels directly from the program. Version 2.1 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.

So many people, so many parties, so little time. This program aims to help you keep on top of guest lists of large parties, but its clunky interface and poor feature set don't give it much of a leg up over a simple pencil and pad of paper. The program interface is awkward and poorly designed; there are too many drop-down menus, and the multitude of choices creates more headaches than eliminates them. The help menu is a dead end; during testing, the program informed us the file didn't exist. A number of performance issues stymied our efforts to create a list of guests to our imaginary bash. At times, we had to reboot the program to get changes to stick. The trial version limitations also are a bit stingy, as you can only create a list of up to 50 people before you must register the program. In our opinion, however, it's plenty to decide whether you want to tie yourself up in guest list knots, or find a more simplified program.
