This enterprise-level suite of firewall tools can protect your Internet gateway, as well as interconnected locations. What's more, it gives you the means to create and manage secure VPN tunnels for remote users, and define traffic accounting, filters, reports, and alerts for your entire network. The Securepoint firewall kernel was updated to version 2.4. High-availability support and a new nconfig console tool were integrated. A new rule wizard helps create firewall rules for static NAT, IPSec, and PPTP. The VPN now supports 3DES, AES, and Twofish encryption. A new and faster rule engine was included. A freeware Windows Securepoint Personal Firewall & VPN IPSec client was added to the CD-ROM image.
