Description

Erginsoft Batch Image Rotate rotates images by any angle. Only the JPEG format is supported. Select the folder with your images, the angle on which the images should be rotated, and the quality (without loss or with JPEG compression from 0 to 100 percent). Then choose where to save the result; it's possible to save an old date for new, rotated files.

Editor review

This basic program delivers on its promise, but the majority of photographers and graphic designers will find it too limited. As its name suggests, this program's sole task is to rotate many images at once. Unfortunately, the program only supports JPEGs, neglecting all other popular image formats. Erginsoft Batch Image Rotate isn't pretty, but it is self-explanatory, for the most part. After you browse your computer for images, you select the angle of rotation by checking a preset field or by entering your own number. You then can apply JPEG compression and determine whether the application should overwrite the original pics or simply rename them. We didn't have a problem with the application's speed, but we should note the demo will only let you rotate 10 shots per day. Folks who need to perform rotation chores on a regular basis may find this app convenient, but average folks probably will be fine with the rotation tools found in a more full-featured image-editing program.
