Be prepared to fight with your kid for the controls to this entertaining game. Turtle Odyssey is a sweet and simple adventure game that's reminiscent of the original Super Mario Bros. video game. You are a turtle who lives in an underwater world, collecting treasure and avoiding nasty aquatic bad guys. Each level presents a new task and a new set of challenges. While 2D, the animation is smooth and the graphics are colorful, cheerful, and crisp. Keyboard controls are straightforward, and a bouncy soundtrack keeps it interesting. Be aware the trial version only offers a few levels of difficulty and challenges. As this game is geared for children, it isn't incredibly complex--that said, it is a lot of fun at any age to play.
