Macromedia Flash movies (SWF) produced by ScreenVCR are small. For example, a 640x480 movie takes only 5-10 KB per second. You can take advantage of single-click Web publishing of your SWF movies directly from ScreenVCR software. The movies are hosted for free on the developer s Web site.
