Review
A simple utility for converting text documents to PDF files, Txt2pdf suffers from too many problems to earn our praise. Even if you're familiar with conversion programs, you still might find Txt2pdf's interface confusing. Although the program's design is fairly clean, the buttons aren't clearly marked, so it's not readily apparent what they do. We also wondered what the output window was for. In terms of performance, the program didn't fare much better. In some of our tests, Txt2pdf failed to create a PDF from a simple text document, giving us a mysterious error message instead. The program also can't read PDFs, and the trial version places a watermark on converted files. If you can deal with the flaws listed above and don't encounter the functionality issues we had, Txt2pdf would make a passable choice, although we think most folks will be happier with a more polished program.
