Color effects such as black and white and sepia are included--although users should note, some traditional editing features such as cropping, rotating, and resizing are not. The process for finding and opening pictures is a bit clumsy, and some users may find the main window's organization quite confusing. Nevertheless, for photographers simply looking to boost their pictures' quality to the next level, this could be a very strong choice.
