This well-designed application helps you manage usernames and passwords for your online accounts, but surprisingly it can't be password-protected. Internet Password Keeper's intuitive interface offers fields for the site name and user ID and password information. Details are available by simply highlighting an entry or you can search by any of the fields. Unlike similar programs, you can't launch a site from the program but it offers the standard options to copy user information for pasting. Everything is nicely organized and easy to use, but more cautious users, or those sharing computers, will be disappointed to find you can't safeguard your information with password-protection. If you're only interested in managing your online account information and can forego the security, Internet Password Keeper is a good freeware option.
