Although this Clipboard utility isn't a groundbreaking application, WinClip Plus records any text fragments you copy to the Clipboard. It has a very small interface, and all its buttons and other components are tucked into a small space, making it look a bit cluttered. You can navigate the program using its buttons, although it will be easier using the hot keys. Though the publisher claims WinClip can handle 99 captured items, the unregistered version can store only five. You can browse Clipboards and view, edit, and modify stored Clipboard entries. Aside from text, WinClip Plus also can capture folders and images with different file formats. This utility also has a screen-capture feature that lets you capture an image and save it in different file formats. We recommend WinClip Plus to any users who want more Clipboard functions than the standard Windows Clipboard offers.
