Expense Reports Pro is a professional expense-reporting program that makes expense reporting a breeze. It provides a very simple and intuitive spreadsheet interface. Guided by a wizard, you can enter expense amount, dates, description and scan your receipts. Within a couple of minutes you have an expense report that you can e-mail, export to HTML format or other spreadsheets and accounting programs.

This program will calculate mileage amounts, GST and VAT taxes, track expenses in multiple foreign currencies and track expenses by projects and clients. It can print expense reports in multiple formats with weekly summaries. You can track cash advances, employee and company paid expenses and calculate the amount due to the employee at the end of a trip. The program contains templates for most common professions (sales, lawyers)--you can pick a template that best suits your needs or modify one of the existing templates.
