Description
Strong Encryption is a tray-based application, that allows to encrypt the text, with RSA/DES quality. To enable encryption Key Phrase and the Seed are required as user input. No need for public-private keys.
Review
Designed to encrypt/decrypt plain text, Strong Encryption occasionally fails to properly decrypt. Strong Encryption's standard dialog interface only accepts text entered into the program window. The program masks text into series of seemingly random letters and digits. Easy-to-remember key phrases and seed values fuel the program's encryption and decryption tasks. While this utility demonstrated speedy performance, decryption sometimes resulted in unreadable characters. Unlike similar programs, you can't encrypt folders or multiple files at once or compress encrypted files. Since Strong Encryption doesn't create self-decrypting files, your recipients will need the program and possess the appropriate keys to decrypt. Strong Encryption is a small executable that could be easily added to an USB toolbox, but the occasional decryption blunders keep us from offering a recommendation to any level of user.
