Description
Open source (free) PHP platform developed by Saltanera to ease application development. It has windowed GUI framework and web application framework. Other classes: distributed computing, database, networking (socket, HTTP, E-mail, SMS), XML, collection, I/O, compression, and PHP encoder (byte compiler). One of its interesting frameworks is gambArt which let developers use PHP to develop windowed GUI applications that run without internet browser.
