Snakes give some people instant goosebumps, but provide a slithery fascination for others. This screensaver is decidedly for the latter group, offering a slide show of nearly three dozen images of various snakes. The image quality is generally good, and we like the variety of transition effects. The software allows users to set how often images are changed, switch their order, and select transition effects. Images can be displayed in black and white, or used as wallpaper on the computer's desktop. For those who see beauty in a snake's coils, this may well be worth a try.
