Review
This handy tool helps you track the time zones and availability for any list of people and easily schedule meetings that suit the entire group. Team Time's interface is plain but easy to follow, especially with the guidance of the extensive Help file. You can't access the latter from within the program, but you'll find the PDF file in the program's folder. All of the options are found through a File menu, and the simple process involves creating a list and adding groups of members to it. Another utilitarian window captures required member information such as name and time zone and optional information including availability and online contact information. Information is displayed tree style, and includes the local time and time zone for each person in a group. Team Time also offers a Meeting Planner, a basic but effective tool that lets you easily select participants, date, time, and duration for a meeting along with brief notes. The invite can be generated as e-mail, sent to the clipboard, or saved in text, iCalendar, or HTML format. Any user working with folks from multiple time zones will appreciate this easy-to-use freeware tool.
