FavIconizer

FavIconizer 1.4

Windows / Stefan Kung / 3332 / Full spec
Description

FavIconizer is a powerful internet software that helps you keep all your favorite website icons in one place. If you're like most people, you probably have dozens or even hundreds of bookmarks saved in your web browser. Each of these bookmarks represents a website that you visit frequently or want to keep track of for future reference.

One problem with bookmarks, however, is that they can easily become disorganized and cluttered over time. You might forget which websites are which, or find it difficult to locate the ones you need quickly. Another issue is that some websites don't have FavIcons - those small icons that appear next to the URL in your browser's address bar - which can make it harder to identify them at a glance.

That's where FavIconizer comes in. This handy tool will scan all the links in your favorites and check if each website has a FavIcon associated with it. If it does, FavIconizer will download the icon and adjust the link so that it uses this icon instead of a generic one.

Once FavIconizer has finished scanning your favorites, you'll be able to see all the icons for each website right there on your bookmark bar or menu. This makes it much easier to find what you're looking for quickly and efficiently.

But what if some of your favorite websites don't have FavIcons? No problem - FavIconizer will fetch all available icons from every site on your list, so even those without an icon will now have one associated with them.

Another great feature of this software is its ability to prevent Internet Explorer (IE) from losing any more icons going forward. IE has been known to lose track of favicons over time due to various reasons such as cache clearing etc., but with FavIconizer installed on your computer, this won't happen anymore!

Overall, if you're looking for an easy way to organize and streamline all those bookmarks cluttering up your web browser's interface while also ensuring none go missing again due IE issues then look no further than FavIconizer!
