This sequel to Cubix 2006 offers a wide selection of geometric puzzle strategy games based on squares, triangles, pyramids, cubes, hypercubes and more.
With Super Smash Plus, you can play the same multiples of games on different levels based on Squares, Triangles, Hexagons in the flatland as well as Cubes and Pyramids in curved space. About eighty percent of the games are new to this version away from the original Cubix series. The game is far removed from the Original Cubix series including The Wall and Tetrix games of the '90s.
The new version includes exciting new features such as Super Smash Plus (this distribution's name), which is one of the new two-dimensional levels. You can also enjoy playing Super Smash Plus in Flatland or Bubbleland (BBL meaning curved two-dimensional space). Line Smash is another exciting addition to this version; it's a hybrid of original line-based Cubix games & shape-based smash games.
The core middle level now consists of three classic games: Ultra Smashed Squared (formerly known as Cubix Squared), Smash Tetrix (formerly known as Tetrix), and Smash The Wall (formerly known as The Wall). There are also two-dimensional and four-dimensional versions available for Tetrix now.
The Hypercube level has been "smashed" too! A bigger "stacked hypercube" level has been added with many other new levels included. This shareware version demonstrates how all three dimensions fit together logically.
My favorite game within this game is Super Smash Plus; it can be played without time limits on all three dimensions - two-dimensional flatland or bubble land or even four-dimensionally! However, only registered commercial versions offer unlimited time limits for these modes.
New cheat modes have been added too! With three different cheating levels available now: computer admits when there are no good moves left by telling you that you will score on your next move or how many good moves remain before making its move. If you need help figuring out what those good moves are then set it up so that it tells you!
