Virtual Data Access Components

Virtual Data Access Components 11.3.1

Windows / Devart / 158 / Full spec
Description

Virtual Data Access Components (VirtualDAC) is a powerful library of components that extends data processing capabilities in Delphi and C++Builder on Windows, MacOS, iOS and Android for both 32-bit and 64-bit platforms. Formerly known as VirtualTable, this software is designed to provide developers with advanced tools for working with non-tabular data, performing SQL-queries to data in memory or to data from sources in different RDBMS'es etc., that are not available for standard data access components.

With VirtualDAC, developers can easily create high-performance applications that require complex database functionality. This software provides a cross-platform solution for Delphi, C++Builder, and Lazarus. It also supports RAD Studio 10.4 Sydney and Linux in RAD Studio 10.2 Tokyo.

One of the key features of VirtualDAC is its advanced design-time editors which allow developers to easily configure their datasets without having to write any code manually. This feature saves time and effort while ensuring accuracy.

Another important feature of VirtualDAC is its ability to represent an in-memory dataset which can store record data in the file (at run-time) and in dfm (at design-time). This allows developers to work with large amounts of data without worrying about performance issues.

VirtualDAC also provides expanded ability for locating records which makes it easier for developers to find specific records within their datasets quickly. Additionally, this software supports records filtering which allows users to filter out unwanted records based on specific criteria.

Local sorting ability by several field is another useful feature provided by VirtualDAC which enables users to sort their datasets based on multiple fields simultaneously.

The performance of TVirtualQuery has been significantly improved with the latest version of VirtualDAC making it faster than ever before. Application-defined functions in TVirtualQuery are supported as well as application-defined collations making it easier than ever before for developers to customize their queries according to their needs.

AutoInc fields are supported by TVirtualTable allowing users greater flexibility when working with databases containing auto-incrementing fields.

In conclusion, if you're looking for a powerful library of components that extends your database processing capabilities then look no further than Virtual Data Access Components (VirtualDAC). With its advanced design-time editors, cross-platform support and expanded abilities such as locating records filtering local sorting ability by several field you'll be able create high-performance applications quickly and easily!
