Opti-Time Mobile is the mobile version of Opti-Time, the optimization solution for planning field activities of the company GEOCONCEPT. The application allows each resource (commercial, technical, delivery) to consult on the ground, in connected and disconnected mode, the information on its agenda and to communicate in real time with the system : display appointments, input and sending of reports, mapping, consulting a contact, timestamp interventions ...
Efficiency
Access resources constantly clear and realistic schedules that ensure their respected zones. Tools at their disposal (diaries, contacts, navigation aid ...) allow them to better prepare their movements and be more effective on the ground.
Simplicity
Its user-friendly interface makes it simple to use application and accessible to all, no technical knowledge or special training are required.
Geolocationing
Geolocationing lets a user share his/her location in real time with his/her friends. Locations are sent only if geolocation has been enabled in Opti-Time. The user can disable sending locations at any moment by symply activating the Private mode in the app settings. Locations are not stored, the Geoconcept company only keeps the last known location.
Reactivity
Update of appointments status and sending of reports from the application allow the planner to have a real-time view of business teams and better manage risks. Access to traffic data in real time also allows business teams to optimize their travel and so ensure response times reduced.
Autonomy
To ensure continued access to data (e.g interventions underground), the application is available offline. The user views and updates information in real time. Synchronization with the system is done automatically when the application is again connected to the Internet.
Package / material scan
A menu is dedicated to the management of packages and materials, allowing to launch the phone scan functionality (bar code or QR code).
Different sections of the scan menu allow you to manage the collection, delivery or return to the depot of packages and materials.
Colleagues
A menu is dedicated to co-working functionalities: identification and location (display on a map) of colleagues of the connected user, communication actions (telephone, SMS, email, video conference) available via the map and the list of colleagues.
