ResWatcher is an open source, lightweight and portable utility that displays the resource usage (CPU/Memory/Hard disk/Network) of your system. ResWatcher allows you to monitor the resources your system is using, as well as allowing you check how much data you have downloaded or uploaded, something which is necessary when having a bandwidth limited connection/contract.
