warehouse management, see how many items you have in stock and what value they have, with screenshots, manage printers, toners and manufacturers;

statistics to see which cost center / department produces most costs;

Give toners and inks to employees and have a logfile for every transaction;

stocktaking with pdf reports;

accounting to see how much money is spent on which items (with excel export);

make bookings for repairs of your printers;

software is available in English & German, you will be asked when starting it for the first time.
