With Snaptop you can save, open or email screen captures with a single keystroke; Snaptop sits in your system tray and responds to the PrintScreen button. It then allows you to save an image of your screen or the current window, in several file formats, for later reference. Or it opens the screen image in your favorite application for viewing or editing. The third option is to email the screenshots to another person without opening an email program.
