Description
AUTHENTiC is a modern tool for file-checksum verification. I wrote this little tool because I was unhappy with the freeware checksum calculators that I could find.
I've tried to implement everything those other applications don't have and, now, it's the only tool I use for checksums. The current version (v1.01) let's you calculate 15 different types of checksum, including some quite exotic ones which you'll hardly encounter 'in the wild'. Namely, AUTHENTiC calculates hashes for: MD5, SHA1, Adler-32, Blake2b, Blake2s, CRC32, RIPEMD-160, SHA-224, SHA-256, SHA-384, SHA-512, SHA3-224, SHA3-256, SHA3-384 and SHA3-512. If you need to calculate hashes for an algorithm which is not included, please contact me and I'll try to include it in future versions.
