Description
Spotting satellites without a telescope has never been easier! Space Tracker utilizes your iPhone's camera, coupled with ARKit, to precisely pinpoint where your target satellite is located in the sky. Try the most advanced satellite-tracking app for free today!
DEVELOPER'S NOTE:
Space Tracker does not support the iPhone SE.
Major Features:
* Real-Time Satellite Tracking
* Satellite Pass Predictions (Only shows passes that you can see)
* Unique Augmented Reality experience that allows anyone to easily see many satellites with their naked eye.
FAQ:
Q: Does your app show me the satellite on the phone, or can I actually see it with my eyes.
A: Both! Space Tracker uses your rear-facing camera and overlays a marker on your screen where the satellite should be, allowing you to know exactly where to look with your eyes!
Q: How do I see the satellite in AR?
A: Just tap on one of the passes!
Q: What's that number next to brightness?
A: Apparent Magnitude. Please read https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Apparent_magnitude for more information.
Q: I wasnt able to see a satellite that was listed. Why not?
A: Due to satellite orientation data not being public, some satellites may occasionally be oriented in a direction that causes them to be invisible.
Q: A satellite I really want to see isn't listed on the app! Will you ever add it?
A: If there is a satellite you would like to see that isnt already in the app, email support@parallaxsoftware.net with information about the satellite and there is a good chance we will add it!
