Description
RxTailor is an app used by select Baylor Scott & White physicians to assist eligible patients in managing their hypertension medication. If you have been recently diagnosed with high blood pressure, RxTailor can provide daily tracking and custom instructions to help you better adhere to your physicians instructions. Your doctor will direct you to download the app which follows a titration treatment plan tailored to your needs.
When you download the app, login with the same credentials used for your MyBSWHealth account. Just enter your blood pressure values daily, and RxTailor will calculate when your medication dose should increase and even notify you when you should go back to visit your doctor. Blood pressure and medication education are also right at your fingertips.
